Apply a generous amount of deep conditioner to clean, wet hair.
Massage into hair focusing on damaged areas.

I love this brand!
I have used this brand before and have their argan oil products which I find amazing. So to get a hair treatment was an added bonus as my hair is very dry after a lot of bleaching. I used this in the shower and kept it in for about 5 minutes. I could both see and feel the results after application so I was very impressed with the results.
