Apply a generous amount of deep conditioner to clean, wet hair.
Massage into hair focusing on damaged areas.
Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
Rinse well.
Style as usual.
Ideal for use 1-2 times per week, or as needed.

My hair felt lovely and soft after this!! It smelt really nice and was a nice size. Although it says 2-3 times my hair is so long and thick one package was the perfect amount.
