Hard to review as requires long-term usage
This is a hard one to review, as it requires long-term usage and is very subjective. I would also like to see a more obvious warning about the fact they should not be taken if you smoke. Research is currently trending toward avoidance of supplements, such as these. A quick google will explain the reasoning behind this. I no longer smoke, so will continue to take these and even have a second pack ready to go. Three star rating as I feel the warnings re smokers usage should be a LOT more obvious on packaging and should also have been mentioned on glossybox sheet.
