Sodium Polyacrylate (CAS 9003-04-7), FD&C Blue No1 CI 42090 (CAS 3844-45-9), D&C Red No 33 CI 17200 (CAS 3587-66-6), Fragrance oil: Lavender and Lemongrass (Lavandula Angustifolia, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus) Sodium Chloride (CAS 7647-14-5)

1. Fill a bowl large enough to soak your feet with warm water.
2. Add the coloured powder (Step 1) to the water.
3. Leave for 5-6 minutes before mixing and then submerging feet.
4. When you're ready to leave the foot soak, add the white powder (Step 2) to dissolve the gel.
5. After 10 minutes towel dry feet and pour the liquid away down the drain.
