1. Wash your face and hands 2. Apply a thin layer to your face. 3. Leave mask on during the night for at least 5 hours, maximum 10 hours. 4. Remove mask in the morning with warm water 5. Finish with cold water.

I loved this mask. It was perfect! It's not sticky or wet, dries down to a film on the skin so its really easy to wear at night time. Very hydrating and really made my skin very soft. Sample was a very good size so I got lots of uses from it so was able to give a really good reccommendation. Am interested to try their other masks now
