Drop a single drop of oil onto each nail and then gently massage into the nails and cuticles.
Let the oil naturally soak into the nail and cuticle.
If you are planning to apply polish immediately remove all oil from the nail bed prior to applying. We recommend removing with a gentle polish remover.

I Love this!
The oil has a lovely citrus fragrance that's not overpowering. Within a few days I could see that my nails looked healthier and shinier. You don't need to use a lot of product so I think it would last a while. I will definitely be repurchasing.
